Huge Thanks to all who participated in the 2013 GTASFA “Frozen Shootout” Ice Fishing Derby on Saturday! It was a beautiful day on Crystal Lake! 28 Teams Registered with 10 Youth Anglers participating. 1st place took home $706/Trophy! 1st Place Youth took home $70/Trophy. Tons of prizes were given away! (I think everybody got something)… The ice was good, I took the snowmobile out to 130 fow and it was 8? thick.. . At the weigh in, there were a LOT of trout weighed, two 1lb. perch were weighed and one of those came out of a bucket full (nice bucket O’ perch) I also saw a whitefish and three burbots..We all had a great time and thank you again.
